Hi there!

My name is Lindsay, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working in New York City.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, trust me, I get it! A lot of us are burned out and trying our best to take care of ourselves. Therapy with me can be a helpful resource in guiding you to slow down and learn the tools needed to take care of yourself.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I work with clients struggling with stress, relationship issues (break ups, sex therapy, communication issues), body image and self-esteem issues, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.

I am warm and direct. I like to laugh, and believe humor can serve as a strength not only in therapy, but in life. I believe in a holistic and collaborative therapeutic setting; and utilize core models of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-M), Somatic Therapy, and Emotionally-focused Therapy (EFT).

I believe that we all have the internal strengths and resources to achieve the change we want to see, and sometimes, we need support accessing those. In addition to therapeutic services; I offer supervision, consultation services, and supervision for diagnostic privilege. Please reach out to learn more!
